ECU Unlock Process

If your ECU requires unlocking:

1. Contact Awesome GTI to arrange an appointment on 0161 776 0777 (Option 1).

2. Your vehicle will be scanned to confirm the ECU requirements.

3. The ECU will be sent away for unlocking using the required process.

4. The vehicle must remain on site for approximately 3–5 business days while the ECU is being unlocked.

5. Once the unlocked ECU has been returned, Awesome GTI will contact you to arrange the software installation and dyno testing.

Important: The ECU Unlock Service is non-refundable and is not included under the APR 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

For software-only purchases, the ECU must already be unlocked before arriving on site.
