Prices
All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. Prices exclude installation and delivery fees unless stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Discount Codes & Promotions
Gwent VW reserves the right to withdraw or amend discount codes or promotional offers at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

VAT
VAT is charged at the current UK rate of 20% for customers in the United Kingdom. For international customers, VAT is automatically removed at checkout.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards; PayPal; Payment Assist (interest-free finance options available); Bank Transfer; and Cash on Collection. For security large card transactions may only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address unless 3D Secure or Verified by Visa is completed successfully.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving goods purchased online, provided they are not special-order or custom-made items. To cancel, please notify us in writing or by email quoting your order number. Special-order items are excluded from this right unless faulty or not as described.

Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order if circumstances beyond our control prevent supply. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Gwent VW will not be liable for additional losses caused by such
cancellations.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon‒Fri) for stocked items are typically dispatched the same day.Please contact us for urgent delivery confirmation. Orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers (drop-shipped). Some orders may be part-dispatched at our discretion.

Stock Availability
Our website does not display live stock levels. We recommend contacting us before ordering if goods are required by a specific date. Please do not arrange installation appointments until you have received and checked your items.

Returns Procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items without an RAN will not be processed. Returns Address: Gwent VW, 20 Leeway Industrial Estate, Newport, NP19 4SL. Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving approved returns. It may take additional time for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders
Incorrect or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a return label or collection service if the error was ours. Goods must be in resaleable condition with original packaging.

Warranty
All parts and labour supplied by Gwent VW are covered by a 12-month or 10,000-mile warranty (whichever occurs first), excluding wear-and-tear items or misuse. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Gwent VW invoice. No warranty covers labour by third parties, modified items, or off-road/motorsport use.

Workshop Services
Vehicles left with us are stored securely, but we cannot accept liability for personal belongings left inside. Wheel bolts/nuts must be re-torqued after 25 miles of driving. Advisory notes on invoices represent our recommendations and may include legally required items.

Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Gwent VW until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse the return of exchange or surcharge items that are not in serviceable condition.

Responsible Tuning
Software or hardware that alters or removes emissions systems is for off-road or motorsport use only. Road use is at your own risk and may result in MOT failure. We offer a range of fully road-legal performance upgrades; please ask our team for advice.

Overseas Orders
We can ship most products internationally. International customers will not be charged UK VAT but may be liable for import taxes or duties. Refusal to pay such charges will result in deductions for return shipping and associated costs before any refund is issued.

Additional Terms
Special-order or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty. Warranty is non-transferable.Parts left uncollected or removed from your vehicle will be disposed of after 5 business days. Any labour warranty claims require inspection by Gwent VW before approval.
